Where a salon loses bookings
The phone rings in the middle of a colour
With a client in the chair, nobody can answer. The next person to call books wherever they get an answer first.
Instagram and WhatsApp messages at night
Many clients write after closing time. By the morning, the ones who did not get an answer have already booked elsewhere.
Gaps left by clients who forget
A missed appointment leaves a professional idle for an hour or more, and nobody on the waiting list hears about the free slot.
How it works
- Step 1
Connect your calendar and your channels
Sign in with Google to connect Google Calendar, forward your salon's number or take a new one, and connect WhatsApp and Instagram.
- Step 2
Describe your team and services
List your professionals, the services each one does and how long each takes. The assistant offers only slots that fit.
- Step 3
It answers, books and reminds
The assistant books the client with the right person, sends a reminder the day before and moves or cancels the appointment when the client asks.
From message to action
A message arrives after hours. The AI assistant replies and acts in your system; for example, making the booking.

Questions from salons
Do my clients know they are talking to an assistant?
Yes. In its first reply the assistant says it is your salon's automated assistant, and clients can ask for a person at any time.
I already have a phone line and a number. Can I keep them?
Yes. You forward your number to the assistant, always or only when you do not pick up, or you take a new number for it.
I do not use Google Calendar. What then?
Every Google account includes Google Calendar: sign in with yours and the appointments go into it, with a column per professional, and you see them on your phone.
I use a booking marketplace. Does it still help?
Yes. The assistant answers calls and messages and sends the client the link to your profile on the marketplace, where the booking stays.
Does this replace my team?
No. It takes the repetitive part, such as answering, booking and reminding, so your team can look after the clients in the salon. Any conversation can go to a person.
What happens to my clients' data?
It is handled to comply with data protection law worldwide. It is not sold or passed on, and it is not used to train AI models.
Which languages does it speak?
It answers in the language the client uses, among the languages set up for your salon.
How much does it cost?
Prices are set per country. Tell us where your salon is and we will send you the plans and prices for it.
