Advisers and lawyers
Books, moves and cancels consultations in Google Calendar or Outlook, takes a structured message when it is not a booking, and sends you the day's summary at 8:00.
In short
The office line answers calls, WhatsApp, email and website chat in your client's language, books the consultation in Google Calendar or Outlook and sends you the day's summary at 8:00. It never gives legal or tax advice: anything that needs judgement goes to your team.

A question about an appointment or a document breaks the concentration of whoever picks up, several times an hour.
Foreign residents and companies call in their own language, and the call ends without a clear next step.
In the weeks of the annual tax campaign the phone does not stop, and clients who cannot get through look for another adviser.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft to connect Google Calendar or Outlook for each professional, and forward your office number.
Tell the assistant who handles what, how long each consultation lasts and which questions it may answer, and which ones always go to a person.
The assistant books the consultation with the right person, or takes a structured message with a reference for your team. At 8:00 you get the day's summary.
Runs a structured intake without giving advice, creates the lead in your CRM, books with the right professional and sends the payment link.
A message arrives after hours. The AI assistant replies and acts in your system; for example, making the booking.

Beyond what is included
The day before each appointment, your customer gets a message asking them to confirm it.
By plan
Does your business run on its own system, or on one that is not on our list? We can connect it too. We quote the integration work before we start, and the solution then runs on the plan you choose.
VAT not included
Under each monthly price you also see the amount with 21% VAT.
In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla VAT does not apply: IGIC or IPSI is charged instead.
You see your usage in your panel and set a monthly spending cap. At 80% of the cap you get a notice. If the cap is reached, the conversations go to your business: callers hear a recorded message with your contact details, and nothing more is billed that month.

No. It books, takes messages and passes calls on. Any question that needs professional judgement goes to your team.
The assistant asks only for what it needs to book or to pass a message on. The data is handled to comply with data protection law worldwide, and is not used to train AI models.
It asks for the name and the reason for the call, and it recognises the phone number of a client it has spoken to before. It never asks for identity documents by chat.
Yes. You set who is on call and when; urgent calls go to that person with a reference and a summary.
Yes. It books in Outlook calendars through your Microsoft account, and in Microsoft Bookings if you use it.
