The free trial needs no card. Usage beyond what your plan includes is billed at the end of the month at the prices shown. You set a monthly spending cap: we warn you at 80%, and once the cap is reached nothing more is billed that month and the assistant gives your customers your contact details instead.

Does a booking through the Reserve button on Google Maps count?
Yes. Each booking made through the Reserve button on Google Maps counts as one message of your plan.
What happens if I use more than my plan includes?
Each extra minute or message has the price shown with your plan. The conditions listed with the plans say how extra usage is billed and how you keep it under control.
Which messages count?
Each message the assistant sends counts as one; the messages your customers send do not. A minute of a call includes the time a call spends being passed to a person of your team.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can move to another plan of the same package when your volume of calls and messages changes.
My business uses its own system, or one you do not list. Can you connect it?
Yes, in most cases: through its API or its web portal. We look at the system first, quote the integration work before we start, and the solution then runs on the plan you choose.
